Congratulations to Junior Jordan Brown (5-1) and Freshman Bryan Roof (2-1) who took 3rd place at the Frank Wadas Memorial Wrestling Tournament in Tunkhannock. Also congrats to Amicio LaManna who won his first Varsity match and Mason Allwood who wrestled hard at the tourney. Next up for the wrestlers is the Bo Wood tourney in Indiana Pa on Saturday.

As a kick off to the holiday season at the elementary school, local published author and beloved retired Snyder teacher, @lisamccarthycole, read aloud her latest children’s book, Amos and the Crazy Christmas Car Ride to all students, K-6. Teamed with the Title 1 reading teachers, Mrs. Cole challenged students to decorate an original illustration of Amos for the holiday season. Through careful consideration, Mrs. Cole selected one winning student from each grade level that went above and beyond with their creativity and presented them with a personalized copy of Amos and the Crazy Christmas Car Ride. Mrs. Cole was very impressed with all students' work and loved to see their holiday spirits shine through in their artwork!

Congratulations to our Junior high wrestlers who participated in Mat Town Mistletoe Madness today, Kaylee Kmetz took first, and Makenna Ruvulo and Duncan Mumo took third. Great job everyone!

🎄 ’Tis the season of giving! 🎄
Our Girls Varsity Basketball Team chose to make a difference this holiday season by donating the proceeds from their game gate to benefit a local family in need. ❤️
The girls then took part in C&N angel tree project. The girls went shopping and purchasing gifts to help make the holidays a little brighter.
We are so proud of these athletes for showing that teamwork, generosity, and compassion extend far beyond the court. 🏀✨
Thank you to everyone who supported this special cause—together, we’re making the season
