Kindergarten continues to spread holiday cheer! A huge thanks to IRFCU for helping to make this possible! Our visit to 3 different divisions at the Sayre Healthcare Center and an additional visit to Athens Healthcare to sing holiday songs together. The oldest and youngest delighted in being together singing familiar tunes!

We knew they would shine but we didn't expect to be blown away! The choir and band pieces were complex, exciting, funny and powerful. We could not be prouder of these students. Special thanks to our directors, Ms. Wentzel and Ms. Ackerman. You brought us a show to remember! #sayremusicalarts

Student Council stirring up more holiday cheer!!! A big shout out to the Sayre Health Care and Athens Health Care facilities for allowing us to come spend some time with our favorite residents. The kids designed and provided all the activities that we did today. We even had an impromptu sing along with the accompaniment of one of the talented residents. Awesome job Student Council! Keep up that great community spirit!

Our kindergarten classes worked to bring some holiday cheer to everyone this season. Each student was asked to color an ornament. With the help of Ms. Sutton's 5th grade students (pictured below) ornaments were laminated and hung on trees outside the school entrance for all of our community to enjoy. As a reward for their help, this class got their own tree to decorate. Thank you to all the students involved in this project. Your enthusiasm is so appreciated!
