Last night jr-hi swept a hard fought match vs Williamson! The A team won in 3 sets: winning the first and the third sets. B team won both sets back to back! Everyone played very smart volleyball and Coach Garrity couldn’t be more proud of the girls!
Thank you to the Sayre Fire Department for spending the morning teaching us all about fire safety! What was even more fun was one of the fireman was a Redskin himself in this very kindergarten classroom!!!

Mrs. Lezak's enrichment students just completed a 3D pen unit. The culminating activity was the "Bubble Wand Challenge.' The students had to design three bubble wands, using 3D pens, to fit in the categories of biggest bubble, double bubble, longest lasting bubble, weirdest shape bubble, or create a cube-shaped wand. Take a look at their fun results.
Sayre Area School District Offers Free Breakfast and Lunch for ALL STUDENTS!
Students in Snyder Elementary and Sayre jr./sr. High School can receive a free breakfast and lunch daily. Some of our new items that students have been enjoying are Chicken and Vegetable Dumplings, French Toast Bites, and Chicken Nachos w. Queso. At breakfast students can choose a 100% juice, Fresh fruit, and low fat milk to accompany their main entrée. At lunch students can choose low fat milk, 2 -1/2 cup servings of vegetables and up to 2 ½ cup servings of fresh fruit with their entree!
