Results from the Blue Jay Classic at Central Columbia.
Hudson Malanoski took 4th in a loaded field at 46'9", had a warmup at 48.
Lillyana Colon with a PR of 100 at 15.08 and also did it again on a slippery track in the 200 at 32.04, and threw the javelin.
Maryze Rivera competed for the first time and got all legal jumps in the long jump and triple jump.
Austin Quattrini started at 9' 6", which is a foot and a half over his previous vault.
Looking ahead to good things: the NTL Championships this Friday, and Best wishes to Hudson as he advances on the District Meet in Williamsport the following Thursday.

Come support the Sayre High School Color Guard in the 2026 Color Guard Showcase on Wednesday June 3rd in the high school gymnasium at 6:00pm! See our color guard team members featured in solos, duets, and group numbers using a variety of equipment such as flags, batons, sabres, etc. There is a $5 entrance fee. Also have the chance to win raffles provided by local businesses and color guard parents. See you there!!

SHS Little Free Library's 1st book donation giveaway is done! The competition was fierce, so much so that Mrs Schweiger decided to offer first- and second-place prizes! The 1st place winner is Athena Reyes, and the 2nd place winner is Maddi Mezzatesta. Between the two of them, they donated over 65 books!

Spring Fling! May 7, 2026 ☀️

Track team traveled to Wyalusing for a tri-meet including Williamson yesterday. Hudson Malanoski led the way with a first in the shot 44'8" and 4th in discus 103'5". Austin Quattrini continues to improve in the vault placing 4th at 7'9'. Madi Mezzatesta made her debut by placing 4th in the HJ 4", 5th 100H 24.43 and LJ 11'4.75". Maryze Rivera competed in the LJ 9'10.5" and ran the 100 in 18.31. Lillyana Colon was 6th in the 200 with a time of 32.86 ran the 10015.35 and threw the javelin 42'2". Also first timer Saphira Allwood vaulted and ran the 100 on 17.43 and LJ 8'. The team travels to Central Columbia on Friday and then on to the NTL Championship next Friday! Jr. High home meet this Thursday at 4:45 come out and support your classmates! ❤️💙
