Sayre Area School District, located in a small town in northeastern Pennsylvania, offers prospective teachers and staff the opportunity to work in a small-school setting while providing large-school learning experiences for all students. With a kindergarten through twelfth-grade enrollment of approximately 900 students, the district is able to offer smaller class sizes at all grade levels and content areas. Embedded in a community that is passionate about supporting its youth, our students, their families, teachers, and staff all benefit from the district’s collaborative efforts with community partners and dedicated community members to create a school district that best serves the needs of our students, the future of our growing community.
