Mr. Don Shade, the Regional Director for the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) presented a computer workshop for Fifth and Sixth Grade students at the Snyder Elementary School on Friday, January 5, 2007. Mr. Shade, using as a taproot the State’s latest Career Education Program, explored with the Fifth Grade students their “Learning Styles” (Auditory -Visual -Tactile), while with the Sixth Grade students Mr. Shade helped them develop a “Personality Assessment” which is necessary when they explore some of the over 35,000 job titles in the world of work.
