GENERAL COMMITTEE MEETINGS

Regular committee meetings are usually held on the first Monday of each month except for the Months of September, July and December or when a board work session or voting session has been scheduled for either or both of those times.

During September, July and December, any committee meetings that are scheduled will be advertised as required by law.  In addition, any committee meetings scheduled for other than the first Monday during the remaining months will be advertised as required by law.  Committee meetings will be scheduled by committee chairs with the approval of the Board President and be held at 7:00 p.m. in the conference room at the administration office unless specified otherwise and subsequently advertised.
