Here’s what we’re doing in JANUARY:
Get ready for PENGUIN AWARENESS DAY! We’re celebrating those delightful birds on 1.18.19 at lunch in the Snyder cafeteria! We’ll have prizes, a special TASTY BITE treat and our favorite penguin food – FISH STICKS!
The TASTY BITE special at Snyder on 1/18 is BANANA SPLIT SUNDAE! We think the penguins would like that we have a frosty treat on their special day!
On Fridays in December we will be offering the a variety of TASTY BITE items, including Hot Chocolate, Walking S’Mores and Banana Split Froyo Parfaits. We’ll let students know ahead of time which TASTY BITE is going to be featured!
On Wednesday 1.16 at Snyder Elementary all students will be offered a free sample of ROASTED CHIC PEAS along with a special sticker!
Friday, 12/7 at SHS the recipe of the month selection is homemade MEATLOAF served with Brown Gravy and, of course, mashed potatoes!
More fun with our crazy, mixed up food entrees! This month’s FUSION item is Mac & Grilled Cheese! Like it sounds, it’s Macaroni & Cheese with some additional Cheddar between two slices of our white wheat bread and grilled to a golden goodness!
